LOS ANGELES, CA —Today, the Supreme Court took up Donald Trump’s effort to strip birthright citizenship from children born in the United States to immigrant parents, a move that could impact more than 250,000 children each year.

“This is a direct attack on families and the Constitution,” Antonio said. “We cannot allow Donald Trump to redefine who belongs in this country and which children are worthy of being American.”
